At Feiereisen, we’ve always strived to be a company that listens to our customers. You told us what you want: Saddle stitching. We’ve responded by recently adding a Mueller Martini saddle stitcher. It’s now installed and running. Let us help you compete for the abundance of stitching work we are seeing in the Midwestern marketplace.

Feiereisen recently added an 8-pocket Mueller Martini saddle stitcher that’s great for producing products such as booklets, brochures, self-mailers and pocket folders.

Saddle stitching is an economical binding solution that’s ideal for booklets, brochures self-mailers, pocket folders with stitched inserts and many more types of projects. Coupled with Feiereisen’s complete array of finishing capabilities, you now have a one-stop solution for stitched products involving die cutting, UV coating, laminating, Pa-VÉ coating and AppareoFX™.

Our Mueller Martini has 8-pockets plus a cover feeder and can accommodate multiple stocks for creating unique products. Our minimum final trim size is 4”x6”. Our maximum is 11”x17”. Now your saddle stitched products with foldouts, perforated reply cards and splendidly decorated covers are all possible at Feiereisen.

For those of you with saddle stitching capabilities in-house, please consider us for your overflow work. With our help, production bottlenecks in your shop can be a thing of the past. If the job is coming to us for finishing anyway, why not let us stitch it too?
